GENERAL:

How do I find out the price of a clip?

1- There is a price calculator located under each clip.
2- Call or email us.

How do I purchase a clip?

Sign up for an account on our website, select the desired clip(s) and submit. A sales associate will reach out to you immediately to sign the online contract and process payment or just send an email to [email protected].

What forms of payment do you accept?

1- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2- Wire transfer.
3- Invoice (to select customers).

What information do you need for the contract?

1- Your name and company name.
2- Project name.
3- Which clip(s) you would like to license.
4- The use of the clip.
5- The territory.
6- The term.

How are my clips delivered?

Your clips are delivered via download link.

What is the delivery format of your footage?

ProRes unless otherwise requested.

What resolution is your footage?

The resolution of our footage ranges from 720p to 6K.

Can you guarantee the footage quality?

Yes, all of our footage is guaranteed to key or your money back. If there is a problem, please inform us as soon as possible and provide a sample of the composition.

Can I request a refund?

You are eligible for a 50% refund up to 10 days after purchase. We encourage customers to test the composition before purchase by using the downloadable preview clips available on our website.

Can I get a comp clip?

Free low-res comp clips are available on the website. We also have hi-res comp clips for a $100 fee. This fee is credited back if you proceed with licensing.

Why am I unable to instantly download my footage from the website?

We do not offer instant downloads for standard web users, only for Pro accounts. Just fill out the online forms and someone will get back to you immediately.

What is the turnaround time for receiving a clip?

Most deliveries happen within an hour of receiving the signed contract.

Is all your footage priced the same?

No, we currently have two pricing structures. Many of our smaller animals are provided at a lower rate than our larger animals.

Does GreenScreen Animals offer custom shoots?

Yes, we offer turnkey productions that save you time, money and hassle. Contact us for details.

Is American Humane on set?

All our content is produced under the close supervision of the American Humane “No animals were harmed” unit.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Friday from 9:00AM - 6:30PM PST.

PREPAID:

What is a prepaid plan?

Think of it as a prepaid credit card that saves you 25% - 50% just for paying in advance. Your account will be credited and you can apply the credit toward any clips in our library.

Do prepaid clips expire?

No. Prepaid plans do not expire.

What if the clip license costs more than I have in my prepaid account?

You can apply your remaining balance to any new clip purchase. If your balance does not cover the entire cost, you’ll receive the same discounted rate to finish up that purchase.

How do I sign up?

Contact our sales team at [email protected] or call (877) 563-8023 to sign up for our prepaid or monthly subscription payment plans.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION:

How long does my subscription last?

Your subscription plan will last 1 year starting from the date you sign up.

Do I receive a discount for buying a full year in advance?

Yes, you will receive an additional 10% discount for paying one year in advance.

Do my clips rollover from month to month?

Yes, the unused clips rollover from month to month throughout your annual subscription.

Can I cancel my annual subscription early?

You can cancel your annual subscription after 3 months. If you cancel earlier you will be required to pay a 3-month minimum.

Do my clips expire?

Once your annual subscription term ends you have 3 months to use the remaining clips before they expire.

Am I able to upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can choose to upgrade your subscription just by contacting us.

Can I subscribe for an advertising or corporate/event subscription plan?

Yes, contact us and we’ll design one for you.

How do I pay for the subscription plan?

You will be charged a recurring monthly payment to you credit card (no checks or wires transfers). The amount is based on the plan you choose.

PRO ACCOUNT :

What is a pro account?

Studio clients can sign up for a pro account, which allows customers the ability to sign one “blanket agreement” for the year and offers instant downloads.  For more information on pro account qualifications, please submit through our website or contact our sales team at [email protected].
